You’re only able to cancel your order for as long as it status is not “PRINTED” yet.
Cancelling an order will immediately cancel and refund you the entirety of transaction, minus the processing payment transaction fee (3.9%).

Sometimes Scryfall.com (our source for images) has some errors. They are usually quick to fix.

Wait a few hours and come back later.

When placing your order, you get to choose the back you want from our libraries of back, or upload your own visual for it.

4/5 Questions | Need to UPDATE your current order or SHIPPING INFORMATION ?

If you wish to add or change the edition of cards to an already existing order, or change your shipping information, you can do it using this link.

Please note that you’re/we’re not able to reduce the quantity of a card.
Add-on cards are $2/card no exceptions as this is a new transaction with new fees. Shipping is 100% free.

5/5 Questions | Are you contacting us regarding FOIL printing?

We now offer FOIL cards too! You are be able to make ANY card of your choice (even custom cards) foil, ON DEMAND. It doesn't really get better than this... Foil cards comes with a surcharge per card based on the quantity of card and a minimum of 5 cards per order. Check out our Foil cards page

The holographic foil at the bottom of the card is also simply printed. We aim to make proxies, not counterfeit. If you wish to have the stamp on your cards, you can buy the stamps separately.

If you have any problem with your cards, include multiple relevant pictures to make the process faster.
